Shipment

Where I can get my order?

You can receive it at the address you choose (address, job, etc.-never in PO box). Shipments are made through CorreosExpres for shipments to Spain and by UPS to the rest of the world

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the destination.

Spain: delivery between 1 Y 2 business days.

Europe: delivery between 4 Y 7 business days.

North America: delivery between 4 Y 7 business days.

Rest of the world: delivery between 7 Y 10 business days.

There are products that due to their stock, are in the central warehouse or are made to order. These products appear on the product sheet "Receive it in 10 days".

Note: Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and local holidays

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

Spain: 5 €. Shipping is free on orders over 100 €

Europe: 19 €. Shipping is free on orders over 300 €.

North America: 39 €. Shipping is free on orders over 500 €.

Rest of the world: 59 €. Shipping is free on orders over 700 €.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, Through "my account" in orders placed you will be able to see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Guest Tracking" link in the confirmation email to follow up.

What is the delivery process?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with a tracking number (with link to the website of the courier company) and finally the carrier will contact you by sms or e-mail to inform you of the delivery of your order.

How long do I have to return the item??

We know that we are not always right with the gift, hence have 1 mes for your return or exchange without obligation.

To be able to solve it you just have to proceed as follows:

1. Request free pickup

2. We will send you a courier to pick up the product where you indicate us, no expenses for you.

    3. When will I receive my refund?

    At the time we receive the item and after approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and keep the original packaging) We will proceed to make the payment of the purchase. You will receive an email confirming the approval of the return and specifications of the amount paid.

    4. How will I receive my refund?

      You will receive the amount of the payment in the same form of payment that you used for the purchase.
